At our headquarters in Ballerup, you will find your new desk waiting for you. You will sit closest to our finance manager but also be in close proximity to the supply chain management.

Most of our supply chain functions are gathered at our headquarters. This means that you can get close and personal with all processes. In fact, one of our production facilities is part of our HQ, giving you the opportunity to pop in and see the production processes with your own eyes – and maybe grab a piece chocolate if the craving strikes.

Support key decision-making

Your main purpose will be to provide our supply chain management with insight into financial data and support key decision-making.

Your tasks will include:

• Developing and providing monthly performance reports to supply chain management
• Analysing and following up on production variances
• Supporting business case calculations
• Developing and tracking KPI’s together with management
• Facilitating and reporting on supply chain budgets
• Controlling standard cost price calculations

Lead the development of digital and ESG data governance

At Toms, we take nature seriously and are committed to expanding our sustainable practices. Key to this is our ESG reporting and compliance. We are now ready to officially establish performance metrics that will allow us to better understand our numbers and create collection and validation processes that will take ESG to the next level.

In collaboration with our finance manager and ESG team, you will have the opportunity to shape and implement our future ESG and digitalisation solutions.

Experienced business partner with an interest in ESG

Functioning as a trusted councillor to the supply chain management and taking the lead on data governance, it is important that you have an extrovert personality and the ability to create trust in your professional relations.

With a complex supply chain covering multiple factories and over 5,000 part and product codes, it is also necessary that you have a very structured approach to your tasks. With internal transactions and multiple factories creating semi-manufactures, you will need to have an uncanny ability to spot correlations.

Furthermore, you:

• Hold a master’s degree, a graduate diploma or similar in economics and business administration
• Have substantial experience with business partnering or similar towards production/supply chain
• Are, preferably, somewhat experienced with ESG data governance
• Are fluent in English
