Then you might be our new People Partner for this full-time position in Nyborg.

Your role

This is an opportunity for you as a people professional to impact business growth and be part of business that will ensure a greener future for all of us. You will be part of Recycling & Waste people team with main responsibilities in supporting the Recycling & Waste’s Danish business in all people matters.

You will execute on the yearly people plan for your Business Area and work closely with line management proactively supporting, coaching and developing managers in their strategic and operational people matters. In addition, you will carry out Recycling & Waste and division specific processes and activities such as business planning, performance and resource management, talent acquisition, competence management and ensuring high quality implementation and legal compliance. You also work strategically to develop for example employee engagement, employer branding and diversity and inclusion. You work closely with Recycling & Waste People team and co-operate broadly with other People colleagues in Fortum´s People function.

This role is located at our site in Nyborg. In Fortum, we put a lot of emphasis on developing the hybrid way of working for the future and we offer you a flexible set up combining office work with remote work. There can also be occasional travelling to other countries where Recycling and Waste operates.

Your qualifications

You are a forward looking individual who is motivated by working with people and organizations, combining talent with business and help tackling challenges related to people topics. Your supporting approach is characterized by trust building and involves coaching and engaging initiatives. We value teamwork and co-creation, and work as a one team to reach our common targets. People in your workplace find your communication open and transparent and you foster authentic and good relationships with colleagues. You have a relevant academic degree and 5+ years of professional experience from a similar position making you comfortable in making decisions when needed. You are fluent in spoken and written Danish and English.
