Planning Engineer

Job Description

The Planning Engineer will be responsible for:

• Managing the planning system (Primavera P6)
• Establishing and maintaining the Working Schedule (WS) including supporting documents
• Establishing, maintaining, and updating the Time-Location-Schedule (TILOS)
• Establishing, maintaining, and updating the Detailed Working Schedule (DWS)
• Maintaining and updating the 90-Day-Rolling-Schedule
• Maintaining and updating the Design Schedule and Procurement Schedule
• Maintaining and updating the Detailed Schedules for all construction phases
• Establishing and maintaining the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Maintaining the activity ID and activity code structure
• Coordination and weekly follow-up of production planning
• Review / Analysis of schedules from subcontractors from a logical and contractual point of view
• Progress Monitoring
• Support for the Monthly progress report

Your experience and competencies

We imagine that you are an educated civil engineer and/or have experience from large construction sites as a Planning Engineer. Furthermore, we expect that you have/are:

• Experience in preparation of time schedule and progress control
• Experience in Design and Build contracts
• Experience with Oracle Primavera P6, Revit, Microsoft Project and Office
• It is an advantage if you have experience in infrastructure projects
• Analytical, business logic, and problem resolution skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English
