Senior SharePoint Employee Experience Consultant

We are growing and looking for a highly skilled SharePoint Consultant with in-depth knowledge in SharePoint and surrounding applications who has can-do attitude and a warm and genuine approach to customers, to join our consulting team.

About the job

You will have an everyday life characterized by a close dialogue with the customers regarding the partial deliveries which are agreed upon. Together with your colleagues you will be setting up Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint, Teams, CRM, etc. Solutions that all support and streamline customers' different processes.

Your tasks will include:

• Design of solutions based on Microsoft Collaboration Tools (SharePoint and Teams).
• Create/build Power Apps.
• Create/build Logic Apps and/or Power Automate Flows.
• Understand customers’ needs and deliver high quality solutions.
• Be responsible for ensuring that we deliver innovative, well-functioning and value-creating business solutions to customers.
• Technical SharePoint setup and migration tasks.
• Engage in dialogue with our customers in order to identify needs, analyse opportunities and suggest possible solutions that support customers' business.
• Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code.
• Create technical specifications.
• Become a senior trusted advisor to our customers, capture and document successful stories.
• Meet revenue targets and support engagement objectives as required.

About you

You have a solid technical and business understanding and at least 3 years of successful experience with design and development of customer specific solutions. You thrive on taking the initiative and actively communicate even technical information at different levels, depending on the target audience. Your approach is analytical, proactive and pragmatic and you are expected to take ownership of tasks. We would also expect that you:

• Have several years of experience with Microsoft's SharePoint driven applications.
• Have experience in low/no-code technologies including: PowerApps, Power Automate and Logic Apps.
• Have experience in data migration.
• Have experience configuring SharePoint solutions such as Project portals Quality systems, Document centres and intranets.
• Work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Take interest in new technologies and challenges.
• Have a high degree of personal responsibility, innovative solution-oriented thinking and the willingness to grow with the team.
• Good spoken and written English.
