Senior CRM Consultant

We are growing and looking for a highly skilled CRM Consultant with a solid technical and business understanding and at least 3 years of successful experience with design and development of customer specific solutions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, to join our consulting team.

Your tasks will include:

• Design of solutions based on Microsoft Power Platform.
• Create/build Power Apps and/or Canvas Apps.
• Create/build Logic Apps and/or Power Automate Flows.
• Implementation of solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Design or develop PCF Customer Controls and/or Custom Web Resources.
• Be responsible for ensuring that we deliver innovative, well-functioning and value-creating business solutions to customers.
• Engage in dialogue with our customers in order to identify needs, analyse opportunities and suggest possible solutions that support customers' business.
• Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code.
• Create technical specifications.
• Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications.

About you

You have in-depth knowledge within the D365CE suite and understand the synergies of the D365 platform and the Microsoft ecosystem. You have a background with several years of experience in Microsoft's low/no-code technologies including: PowerApps (both Canvas and Model Driven Apps), Power Automate and Logic Apps. We would also expect that you:

• Have knowledge in regards of using Azure Functions, SharePoint, Microsoft Dataverse, Products in the Microsoft365 package.
• Have experience in developing apps or other programming.
• Have experience in data migration, configuring CRM functionality and understand data modelling in relation to the business blueprint.
• Understand and analyse change requests and their impact within the broader business context.
• Understand the technique and benefit of using PCF controls and other Web Resources.
• Speak English fluently.

Certifications needed for the job:

• PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals.
• PL-100: Microsoft Power Platform App Maker or PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant or PL-400: Microsoft Power Platform Developer.
