C#/.NET Development Team Lead

About us

You will work for Copenhagen Software- small daughter company, which is part of itm8 group, Danish tech company with experts in all aspects of IT. So you will be part of a small expert daughter company and by once will be part of a big itm8 group.

You will belong to our Prague subsidiary, which is on daily basis closely cooperating with our locations in Denmark.

Copenhagen Software is company of about 15 software experts. Everyone in Copenhagen Software - employees as managers - can write code, and therefore we speak the same language.

We provide expert software development craftsmanship to customers in the Nordics. When we work with our customers, we provide expertise on tools like C#, F#, and Microsoft Azure, as well as best practices like OOP, functional programming, design patterns, automated testing, continuous delivery, and more. Some of us also teach, run workshops, and talk at conferences.

Your role:

You will be the lead for our development team in Prague. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the team is put well together, continuously learns and applies sound and consistent development practices along with the rest of Copenhagen Software. You will also build and deliver bespoke and high-quality software to Copenhagen Software’s customers. This involves all activities related to software development, from writing code and architecting solutions to fixing bugs and doing data migration tasks.

• Lead team of developers (leadership and mentoring on technology and consulting for customers, participate in recruitment of new team members in Prague)
• Be the technical point of contact with the rest of Copenhagen Software
• Build software on the Microsoft .NET technology stack and Microsoft Azure
• Write code in C#
• Architect system integrations and APIs
• Work with Copenhagen Software’s customers to ensure that the software being built is fit for purpose and of high quality

Our tech stack: .NET, C# , Azure

Required skills:

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft .NET and Microsoft Azure
• Experience in a consulting with customers
• Experience in leading a team
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Academic background in software engineering, computer science, math, physics, chemistry, or the like
