Key Responsibilities:
• Governance of the execution of the inorganic growth process from sourcing to acquistion in line with L&S M&A Road map.

• Jointly with the individual global products establish the acquisition target selection criteria aligned with the L&S strategy

• Maintain and update the aquisition target pipeline in line with the seleciton criteria.

• Identify potential acquistion targets through own research or introduction from M&A, Global Products and/or Regions/Areas.

• Manage the qualification process of acquistion targets considered for addition to the aquistion pipeline involving and aligning with key stakeholders in the relevant L&S products and geographies.

• Consistently drive the Aquisition targets through the target funnel phases to maximise the number of qualified aquistion targets per product in line with the L&S strategic M&A road map.

• Preparation of engagemenent recommendation presentation to L&S management committee of identified prime acquistion targets to be engaged for final approval to engage

• Project management including management of meeting schedules, stakeholder engagment to support the global products in gathering and timely completion of the commercial input for the Investment Committee approval process

• Manage the full handover of information to implementation teams of successfull acquistions or manage the post mortem process for unsuccessful acuistions.

We are looking for:
• Experience in pipeline sourcing and analysis Experience in PMO

• Background in supply chain management

• Understanding of the key profitability drivers in logistics and supply chain management

• Strong ability to facilitate crossfunctional decision-making and execution

• Strong communication and presentation skills
