DSV Equipment is looking for a new member of the team to play a key role in the department's continuous work to provide best-in-class services for customers and the internal organization at the lowest possible cost. The objective of DSV Equipment is to innovate, develop and implement solutions to support the business, drive results and exceed our customers’ expectations. We are looking for a new Business Change Specialist to further enable us to achieve these goals.

DSV Equipment is directly involved in the development and implementation diverse projects, like the implementation of GPS data into our DSV Fleet Management System. Furthermore, you will be the new member of our innovation team – a talented cross-disciplinary team with a special mission to make and to keep our DSV Equipment organisation truly innovative. continuously create new value propositions, create incremental, substantial value that matters to an organization

You will be part of a highly dedicated, engaged, and competent department where the driving force is a desire to create and implement successful change management projects. You will be joining a proactive thinking team with the aim to challenge our business practice and process to bring new opportunities for further efficiency and increased productivity performance levels. Other Tasks in the role are:

• Developing, planning, and executing business change management projects that facilitate day-to-day business.
• Continuously creating new value by innovative thinking and introducing the right technologies and best practices that matters for our DSV Equipment organization
• Implementing, resolving and maximize support to IT systems to promote process optimization.
• Improving organizational performance based on efficiency optimization in operational business processes.
• Keeping abreast of process changes and methodologies within the DSV organization, both on a central- and decentralised level.
• You are our super user - the 'mouthpiece' between Equipment department, DSV IT department, and the customer.
  

What do we ask:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics or business management
• Similar work experience (in transport or logistics is an advantage)
• Creative intelligence: engage in associating, questioning, observing, experimenting, and networking
• Sound IT skills, because our daily work is evolved around fleet management systems and has integrations across other platforms.
• Have excellent English language skills and an international mindset.
• Driven by value creation, results and profit.
• A service-minded approach and the ability to deliver excellent customer service by telephone and e-mail.

As a person it is important you are comfortable in a busy environment and can work independent and self-supporting, where you can manage your time in order to handle and deliver both urgent assignments as well as long-term projects to the agreed deadline. You must possess good communication skills and the drive to optimize and ask questions to constructively challenge the processes within DSV. It is furthermore important that you have an understanding of different cultures.
