Build organizational performance and engagement in Digital and Operations
People & Culture plays an important role in developing our organization with the right capabilities and strong engagement. You will join a dedicated team with passion for people, culture and communication. You will report to CHRO, Vice President People & Culture and be a part of the P&C leadership team.

As our new colleague, you will support our SVP Operations and SVP Digital on our journey, and both areas have exiting business agendas that require support and development. You will work mostly out of DK, but also across boarders with colleagues in Sweden and Poland.

Your tasks

Your primary responsibility is to support the business units’ leadership teams through building and executing a yearly people plan. Think capabilities, organization, way of work and engagement… You will work closely with People Partners and HRO specialists, who focus on many of the recurrent and administrative processes.

As a People Performance Manager, you will get to:

• Support leadership and strategy execution in collaboration with leaders in the business.
• Drive senior recruitment and attraction work.
• Analyze key data points and translating it into key initiatives that can be implemented in the business to further improve business capability, employee engagement, retention etc.
• Give business requirements to the digital Flügger Academy (own content on behalf of business) and support execution & implementation.
• Supervise compliance with applicable laws, regulations and collective agreements
• Lead and execute on projects or initiatives related to the People strategy

Your palette

As the rest of the P&C team, you have a passion for people and setting them up for success. You take pride in strong business understanding and bringing your P&C skills into play in the core of the businesses you support. You have solid experience as a Senior HR Business Partner with a couple of business transformations behind you. You know your way around operations, supply chain and/or digital.

Personally, you are curious, open and focused. You most likely have no problem entering new teams because you build relationships quickly, read organizations well and build trust naturally. You prefer to be involved in many projects, with many people and on many levels – both strategic initiatives demanding conceptual skills and operational day-to-day challenges.
