We are looking for a Master Process Excellence Expert to Management Office within CIO Office. You will act as a trusted Process Excellence Partner, being recognised as a subject matter expert on processes development.

About this opportunity

Welcome to Management Office within CIO Office in Technology, where we are responsible for e.g. reporting governance, setting Technology KPIs & follow up, as well as participating or driving different task forces across Technology and Nordea - delivering on time, right quality with high stakeholder satisfaction is key.

You’ll be responsible for securing we live up to our Nordea Process Management standards, helping create, improve and implement processes in collaboration with stakeholders, supporting them with workshops, training, and coaching. In CIO Office, we have an extensive process agenda to ensure continued strong compliance and efficiency.

What you’ll be doing:

The role is based in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Gdynia or Warsaw - but it is expected to be able to work cross border and travel as needed.
