3Shape is an international, diverse company with a strong focus on the sustainability agenda. Therefore, we are looking for an ambitious student assistant to join our ESG (Environmental Social Governance) team to drive a new project aimed at scoping the company’s greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. With this student assistant position, you will be a key driver on calculating the GHG emission for scope 1,2 and 3 and support the ESG team on other corporate sustainability initiatives.About the positionYou will report directly to our ESG Lead and work closely with our Environmental Sustainability team to plan,develop and implement a viable way for 3Shape to annually calculate our GHG emissions. The project will include cross-organizational communication and stakeholder management to gain insight into how different organizational areas can record their share of GHG emission, modeling the calculation and rolling out the project globally. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

Researching, drafting, planning, and implementing GHG emission calculations for 3Shape including scope 1, 2 and 3

General support to the ESG team in developing and managing 3Shape’s sustainability agenda

In collaboration with the ESG team, coordinate the collection of ESG data and qualitative assertions to be used in the annual Sustainability Report.

Support the development and implementation of global employee engagement on sustainability matters.

Qualifications
The desired candidate can relate to the following:

Practical or theoretical experience calculating environmental impact or similar.

You have minimum one year left in your studies within environmental science, sustainability, environmental and resource management, environmental engineering, environmental and natural resource economics or similar.

You are excellent in both written and spoken English

You have a positive spirit and are a quick learner

Further, experience with project and stakeholder management, as well as strong skills and experience managing data collection and reporting is an advantage.What we offer
