We are now looking for a new collegaue to join our Transaction Management unit engaged in debt capital markets business and placed in Debt Syndicate in Copenhagen.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Transaction Management team (TM) in Debt Syndicate. Debt Syndicate sits within Investment Banking & Equities in Large Corporates & Institutions (LC&I) at Nordea. Nordea is the leading Nordic debt arranger of both corporate and private equity backed transactions financed with distributed loans and/or bonds as well as bond offerings for SSA and FIG clients. These businesses play a vital role in Nordea’s broader strategy for LC&I. Debt Syndicate has a central role, working in close cooperation with our stakeholders in Investment Banking (in particular Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and Debt Solutions & Loans) as well as Leveraged Finance, Large Corporate & Institutions coverage units and Nordea Markets.

Transaction Management is a team of three professionals based in Copenhagen. The team plays a key key role in our new issue bond business. This opportunity has arisen as one employee in the team is moving on internally at Nordea.
