Key responsibilities

Work together with our global team and commercial community to:

• Collect customer feedback on price and share market intelligence
  
  
• Collect Customer feedback on TradeLens services
  
  
• Run our 'Performance dashboard' maintenance and enhancement
  
  
• Run reporting with our partner IBM
  
  
• Maintain and run governance around Salesforce.com (CRM and pipeline reviews)
