Are you commercially skilled, motivate to drive engagement and improve the customer journey? As an Optimization Specialist in Nordea, you will collaborate across the organization to deliver powerful, actionable, and insightful conversion analysis. Together with Web Analytics & Optimization and Digital Sales Business Banking you will be identifying opportunities for growth, experiments, and create a seamless digital customer experiences for our customers.
The ideal candidate has an analytical and customer centric mindset, is naturally inquisitive about drivers and friction points impacting conversion. You will focus on personalization and optimization to leverage multiple techniques and tools to achieve goals, including multichannel analytics and experimentation (A/B and multivariate tests). Develop an understanding of audience segments and journeys using existing data and customer behaviour insight research.
We are looking for a candidate with least 2-3 years of experience working as an optimization specialist, ideally within a digital marketing consulting firm, agency, or advertiser.
