We’re looking for the next Analytics Lead for our growing agency. In this role as a senior leader at Precis, you will oversee our growing global team of 20+ analytics specialists working on some of the most complex and interesting challenges in digital marketing. Our work in analytics spans everything from measurement planning, data collection, advanced solutions, and privacy through to data activation.As an Analytics Lead, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of our analytics delivery and services, our people, and technology. You’ll drive us forwards in terms of our knowledge and capabilities, and keep our team focused on the right priorities to deliver the highest value and satisfaction to our clients. You’ll have a deep understanding of the tools and projects that we deliver and be able to translate them into a successful business and financial plan for analytics at the agency.   • Build, articulate, and drive the delivery of our strategy and service offering for analytics.

  • Hiring, retention, and development of talent in analytics. Develop initiatives to ensure high levels of employee satisfaction.

  • Manage resource allocation and develop relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally to maximize the value of analytics

  • Financial success of the Analytics area and strategy for commercialisation

  • Lead and develop the most senior people across the analytics team

  • Experience building data and analytics strategy within a large or growing organization

  • Significant experience working with tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking technologies

  • Experience managing a team of 5+ people

  • Demonstrated commercial experience (e.g. experience scoping and defining projects, prioritising resources, etc)

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Experience building data and analytics strategy within a large or growing organization
