We’re looking for the next Analytics Lead for our growing agency. In this role as a senior leader at Precis, you will oversee our growing global team of 20+ analytics specialists working on some of the most complex and interesting challenges in digital marketing. Our work in analytics spans everything from measurement planning, data collection, advanced solutions, and privacy through to data activation.As an Analytics Lead, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of our analytics delivery and services, our people, and technology. You’ll drive us forwards in terms of our knowledge and capabilities, and keep our team focused on the right priorities to deliver the highest value and satisfaction to our clients. You’ll build a culture which is fun, inclusive, and where people are excited to grow their careers in analytics for the long term by building knowledge, experience, and working on impactful projects.To succeed in the role, you’ll thrive on a balance between technical and business focus. You’ll have a deep understanding of the tools and projects that we deliver and be able to translate them into a successful business and financial plan for analytics at the agency. Significant experience working with tools including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion Tracking technologies
Experience managing a team of 5+ people
Demonstrated commercial experience (e.g. experience scoping and defining projects, prioritising resources, etc)
Strong project management and organizational skills
Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
