Dispatcher with a structured can-do mindset and great overview

As LS Intertank's new dispatcher you will daily find the best and most efficient solutions for our customers. Keeping track of trucks and tanks is an important task and a great responsibility – and it is crucial for our business. With us we always manage to find a solution for the customers. Are you an excellent coordinator with great overview and a solutions-oriented mindset – then this might be the job for you.

You will become part of a dedicated team of 12 dispatchers who are responsible for dispatching 170 trucks and 400 tank containers. Each dispatcher is responsible for selected customers, but everybody contributes to a close and supportive collaboration across the team. LS Intertank work efficiently to ensure that the tank transports with liquid goods reach our customers in Scandinavia and Europe – on time, every time to the customers satisfaction.

Puzzle enthusiast who makes the pieces fall into place
Efficient execution and planning are keywords for this position. You will get responsibility for customers, order processes, planning of trucks, tanks and drivers. Creating structure and overview comes naturally to you, and you ensure that the planning and transports always reaches the finish line. Dispatching of trucks and tanks is a puzzle, and you always manage to find the missing piece. Some of your main tasks will be to:

• Have a close dialogue with the customers about orders and order planning
• Coordinate transport tasks in Europe and Scandinavia
• Processing customer orders in LS Intertank’s TMS system
• Optimize transports and act efficiently when challenges arise
• Provide world-class customer service
• Communicate daily with the drivers

You are structured, ambitious and nimble at work
You already have experience as a dispatcher – and if you have experience with international transports and drivers or full truck load (FTL) it can be an advantage, however it is not a requirement. We are looking for someone who understands the business and have the necessary insights to easily step into the role. You have an excellent process understanding, you go the extra mile for our customers, and you possess distinct multitasking abilities. These abilities are essential to ensure effective cooperation that makes LS Intertank succeed together. You are thorough in your work, but you also keep and sustain the right pace to ensure progress – and when a customer have a last-minute change, you take appropriate action to find a solution in collaboration with your team. We expect that you speak either Danish or one of the Slavic languages – not necessarily both.
