Do you want to use your capabilities within EDI to lift, support and design solutions for national and international organisations? Would you like to work with experienced and skilled consultants in one of the leading consulting houses in Denmark?

Mannaz is currently looking for an intern to join the team working on the EDI agenda, and it could be you that we are looking for.

In Mannaz, we want to Move what matters, and we believe that supporting the EDI agenda is a way forward for people and companies to thrive and deliver what matters to them. In addition to working with EDI, we work with leadership and organisational development. We offer tailored solutions to organisations and companies, as well as conducting a plethora of open courses in coaching, process consultation, project management, and leadership among others.

Being an EDI Intern at Mannaz

You will be attached to the EDI team and throughout your internship, you will work closely on projects with the Executive Assistant, as well as consultants. You will gain a broad insight into the different projects, tasks and customers, but primarily focus on themes and solutions that are in the EDI sphere. Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in preparing materials for client meetings, e.g., Excel, Power Points, interviews etc.
  • Support translating theoretical knowledge into practical solutions
  • Specific development projects initiated, developed and carried out in collaboration with the EDI team and consultants
  • Assist the coordination of the EDI agenda internally and externally through various projects
  • Ad hoc executive assistance
  • Service and practical support e.g., copy-tasks, preparation, and execution of events etc.

To thrive in this role, we imagine the following

  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbally
  • Enthusiastic about the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and in-depth knowledge of EDI topics (lived/theoretical/practical)
  • Familiar with organisational theories and concepts
  • That you are motivated by continuous learning, improvement and growth of your competencies, and want to question yourself and us
  • That you want to work in a dynamic environment, with a variety of tasks and changing projects
  • That you are flexible, service-oriented, and a “doer”

Practical information

The internship is full time and starts August 1st, 2022, or by agreement. The length of the internship can be between 4-6 months depending on your situation. This internship is for students and, due to the rules on SU, unpaid. However, we do acknowledge the effort and time invested, and you will be granted the allowed monthly acknowledgement fee.

We put preference on people doing their master’s degree and studying EDI in an organisational context.

You will have a knowledgeable consultant as your internship supervisor that continuously will follow up on your progress throughout the internship, and daily, you will refer to our Head of Talent.

You will be challenged professionally throughout the internship, gain valuable experience, and a professional network.
