Paid Media Specialist in Poland - Bibs

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist who wants to join our e-commerce team. At BIBS we are on an ambitious growth journey, expanding to new markets and introducing new products and we hope you want to join. The focus of the job will be to plan and execute campaigns on paid media; increasing performance and conversions.

About you

You are positive and energetic, and you like to work in a fast-paced environment. You are driven by results and data. As a person you are very structured and detail-oriented and enjoys getting things done. You find it inspiring to be working in teams, international and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Your tasks will include:

· Structuring and setting up campaigns on Facebook, YouTube, and Google among others

· Monitoring campaign performance and on-going optimization

· Supervising of campaign costs and budget

· Making excellent campaign structures

· Testing of ads, bidding, targets, and messages

· Keyword research and bidding

Your profile

· You have relevant experience with paid Social, PPC and Google Ads

· You have hands on experience with Google Ads and Business Manager

· You are well-versed in Excel and analytics platforms like Google Analytics

· You have experience with Google Shopping and feed solutions

· You are very structured and curious of nature

· You are fluent in English and maybe any of the Scandinavian languages

· You are hard-working and structured
