Product Trainer

Omada Academy is looking for skilled and motivated trainer to join the Learning & Development team at Omada. Reporting to our Learning & Development Director, your focus will be to prepare and conduct product training within our solution Omada Identity Cloud.

During the year we conduct 8 of our 2-weeks instructor led online Omada Identity Cloud Training Camp for customers, partners, and employees and during that training we need a trainer that can motivate and engage our participants.

In between that training, your main focus will be to support in the update of product training materials using educational methods to engage our learners.

Training methods are changing, and we are looking into a much more digital future. Online and digital self-paced training will be a big part of that, and it is therefore important that you can see yourself conducting these types of courses and not only classic classroom training

Responsibilities
As our new Omada Academy Trainer, you can look forward to a position within an ambitious and highly engaged team: You will have the following main responsibilities:

• Act as the main facilitator at our Omada Identity Cloud Training Camp.
• Apply new learning technologies to deliver the trainings and improve the learning experience for our participants.
• Update of training materials according to new features in our solution and improve the learning experience.

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years proven experience as a trainer.
• Strong communication skills, enjoy sharing knowledge and has a good understanding of different learning methods.
• Proven experience in instructor led online trainings
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly.
• Experience designing product training materials.
• Fluency in English
• Preferably experience with development of TrainTheTrainer programs.
