Fixed Term Contract, 6 months

This role is an opportunity to join the Vacuum Technique, Human Resources, Business Area team and provide high quality Talent Partner support to the Vacuum Technique, Information Systems (VTIS) team.

The VT InfoSystems (VTIS) team are currently working through a large recruitment campaign of 90+ FTE. This role holder will work closely with the VP for VTIS and the Global HR Business Partner to ensure the successful delivery of the recruitment campaign and that we are attracting, sourcing, and retaining the best talent to deliver the VTIS roadmap.

This role will be highly focused on upskilling hiring managers, troubleshooting the Global recruitment processes whilst monitoring and reporting on progress to senior management. The job holder must be highly organised with the ability to prioritise activity in a fast paced and changing environment. They must have good project management and delivery capabilities with a strong foundation in recruitment processes.

This is a unique opportunity to support the delivery of a strategic recruitment campaign that has influence on the delivery of the Business Area wide objectives.

Responsibilities

  • This role will be responsible for the project management of the VTIS recruitment campaign ensuring that roles are filled in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Troubleshooting recruitment processes with local Global HR teams and hiring managers
  • Upskilling the VTIS team across the recruitment process to ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly. This may include running upskill workshops on the use of social media, redesigning job adverts and effective interview technique.
  • Supporting the forecasting of IT resource for future recruitment
  • Completing proactive analysis of market conditions across the Global hiring locations
  • Continuous reporting of the recruitment campaign, including analysing the effectiveness of existing campaign making recommendations for improvements

Experience Requirements

  • Strong experience in recruitment
  • Experience of project managing large, focused recruitment campaigns is essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline would be beneficial
  • Familiar working in an international, multi-brand, matrix organisation and with working with senior management
  • Experience of operating a continuously changing and evolving environment
  • Ability to understand and use HR Systems
