We are looking for a Technical Lead that can help our clients in their journey to identify the best possible locations and sites for large scale PtX plants. You will work in a project team of highly dedicated professionals and our clients are some of the biggest stakeholders on the global scene.

COWI's strategy is clear, and we have some of the largest most innovative PtX projects globally besides e.g., the Høst PTX Plant, the Bornholm 3GW or North Sea 10 GW energy islands. We are currently seeking technical leads projects like this, so if you want to be a key part of an electrical section working globally to build a sustainable future, then here is your chance to lead from the front!

EXTEND YOUR POTENTIAL WITH A GLOBAL TEAM OF EXPERTS
We are looking for a technical lead with global experience from conceptual design of electrical systems and grid transmission. You need to be able to lead both feasibility studies and feed phases for your discipline and integrate your findings into an ever-changing project and portfolio context.
To succeed you need to possess:

  • Good project management skills
  • Good understanding of transmission systems – Configurations
  • Good understanding grid connection on HV and EHV level (132 kV)
  • Good communication skills and understanding of how-to handling authorities (Up to ministerial level)
  • Ability to bridge the gap in data
  • Understanding of CAPEX and OPEX
  • Understand the content and purpose of feasibility studies
  • Understand the design phases from Pre-feasibility, pre-FEED, FEED……
  • Understand the EPC tender process

  • Possess outstanding ability to integrate technical expertise in complex project settings.
  • Hold a degree in civil engineering.
  • More than 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Comprehensive experience within the Electrical fields.
