Working with the team

Working with our small London team will offer you a great opportunity to learn from consultants with more than 20 years’ experience.

About the intern role

Your intern role will be diverse, with tasks including desk research, meeting clients, managing projects, as well as helping to design and deliver solutions.

Being client driven means projects can be quite varied. And timing can be ‘just in time’, so working to and meeting deadlines is an important (and exciting) part of our work,

As our intern, you will benefit from:

• support from our consultants on projects. You’ll have an experienced consultant as a mentor and together you’ll keep track of your learning process throughout the internship

About you

You’ve got inner confidence. Though you might not be the loudest person in the room, you have the self-assurance to ask questions and share your perspective.

You’re thoughtful and analytical. Once you’ve considered a challenge, you’ll want to apply your creativity to come with innovative ways to address it.

Your motivation is to learn and to develop your skills as a consultant. And you’re ready to challenge and stretch yourself – and us – about our consultancy work.

Relevant academic experience is important. If you have some business experience that’s even better.

For this role, you need to be enrolled in a Masters programme in a relevant field. This could include:

• psychology
• business studies
• learning and change
• consulting
• communication
• anthropology
• sociology
• political science.

You also need very good verbal and written English communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Basics

The internship is paid at £750 - £1,000 per month based on a 22.5 – 30 hours a week.

Standard working hours are 9am to 5pm. Flexibility is needed when working with international clients or to meet deadlines.

We work 50:50 in the office and from home. We’re adults, so this is self-driven.

The dress code is smart casual.

Mannaz has fixed office space with kitchen, in the LABS House, which has gym, showers and bike storage.
