If you want to embark on this journey together with us, we now have a unique opportunity for you, since we are looking for a Junior Technical Consultant who is not afraid of taking ownership and have a passion for implementing and handling technical operation issues, roll outs (installation/upgrades) of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance ERP-system – Prisme 365.

The role

Our ERP-system, Prisme, is a Microsoft ISV solution build on top of the Microsoft stack, in Dynamics 365 Finance. It is built specially for municipalities and is developed by Fujitsu. We recently finalized our latest version of our Prisme product, and the rollout of this to our existing customers (AX 2009 and AX 2012 R3 based versions) commence now and runs for the next long duration. Your role will involve:

  • Implementing our Dynamics 365 Finance based system (and SQL Server) - on top of an environment provided by our datacenters when we get new customers - or transition existing ones - to the new version of our product. This also involves collaboration with customers IT departments
  • Implement updates and provide operational support for the older versions of our products, until they are replaced by Prisme 365
  • Deploy new VM’s for Fujitsus developers/testing when this is needed, and helps out with technical issues related to windows, AD, network, permissions, Dynamics application infrastructure etc.

After the rollout, the job will be mainly operations and then upgrade deployments – besides the services the team provide related to development environments and so for our development and test teams.

You will be part of a team, known for their flexible approach, and ability to implement complex software products in complex environments, and for helping each other and build skills and improve along the way. We also have good colleagues globally in our GDC’s, which helps us from Poland and India.

Your experience

We want the best people on our team, so we welcome and encourage applications from people with a diverse variety of experiences, backgrounds, and identities. We imagine that you:

  • Have a technical education, data technician, IT supporter or another educational background
  • Have experience from similar role, working with Dynamics 365 Finance on-prem architecture is an advantage
  • Have experience with Windows Technology, AD/ADFS, infrastructure, networking, SQL-servers and more
  • Have knowledge within SSL/certificates and security
  • Are detail oriented, structured and eager to learn
  • Are fluent in English both oral and written, and also speaks Danish

Most important for us is your will to develop your skills and be part of our team. Knowledge about AX technology is really good to have, but if not, we can build it in the project phase. So even if you don’t feel like you are 100 % spot on for one of our positions, we encourage you to apply.
