Are you a passionate Senior Experience Designer, who thrives making great customer experiences by design? And would you like to have an impact on the financial experience of 11 million customers across the Nordics? Then you are the right fit for us! We are looking for a Senior Experience Designer to work alongside the Experience Director, Design Team, Product Managers, Product Owners and developers in a SAFE agile environment.
This is a rare opportunity to join a mature multinational Design Community (60 people, 20 nationalities, 4 countries) in an environment that is driven by the Nordic work culture. True experience, knowledge, teamwork and cooperation over hierarchies and titles. Sharing and helping each other to develop.
You will get a chance to collaborate with world-renowned specialists in each design discipline – learning the best practices and mastering complex design processes while working hands-on with developing the Nordic banking services. Our Design teams are composed taking into account a variety of different specialist skills – Service, UX, UI, Content and Research - and different Design Thinking frameworks are utilised on a daily basis.
Our home-grown Design System represents state-of-the-art level. We can proudly say it is one of the most mature solutions running anywhere in the world. We work in a highly collaborative manner utilising capabilities of Figma and FigJam to the absolute maximum.
Research is a backbone for almost every initiative that we engage in – we shape and drive our own research activities fine-tuned for every challenge, that we face.

About this opportunity

As our Senior Experience Designer you will drive the translation of customer needs, business- and IT requirements into engaging and tangible design concepts, prototypes and implementable designs. This, within savings, investments, pension and insurance
products and services across all digital platforms - as well as physical / hybrid meetings
with the advisor.
You will help bridge stakeholders across the organisation to ensure the best possible customer experiences able to compete with the many new competitors in the savings and investment market.
Our approach is omnichannel and we continously aim to bridge our digital self-service with our advice solutions throughout the customer journey. Being personal and proactive towards our customers as well as bringing them perspective.
You will join the Wealth Design Team and be part of fulfilling our mission together with 10 collaborative, passionate and courageous design colleagues.
