Franchising, business understanding and great development opportunities
As our new colleague, you will play a key role in the execution of our ambitious growth plan.
Your primary role is in the back office with direct daily contact to franchisees and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring effective workstreams, commercial and contract management as well as compliance with applicable law globally. You will be highly involved in the legal strategy and daily operations, but your areas of responsibility will also to some degree involve general compliance related matters within GDPR, consumer law and authorization and governance rules within the company. The job will in general allow you to get very familiar with the business and will allow you to make an impact and see your results being realized in an international company.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling of day-to-day legal issues regarding franchise agreements, including drafting and review.
• Support new store openings and renewals of existing franchise agreements.
• Contribute to the general legal administration, including project-based tasks within the overall legal strategy.
• Assisting the business with general legal sparring and improve legal processes.
• Direct communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support and contribute to the compliance agenda within the company.

The position is part of our Legal function, which holds responsibility for Legal and compliance. You will be part of a small, yet strategic important, team of two people with significant responsibility within the company. The function has close cooperation with Retail/Global Sales, Finance and Business Development.
You will report to our Legal Counsel and your main work base will be in Herning.

Your background is not essential – it can be from a law firm, the public sector or from an international private company within procurement, legal or finance. The ideal candidate is passionate about the field, and holds a master’s degree in law, either as cand.jur or cand.merc.jur.
Maybe you just graduated - or maybe you bring some years of practical experience? The most important element for us is that you have interest in contract and legal matters – and that you strive to make a difference every day!
As a person you are analytical and work in a structured manner. The job requires an excellent business understanding and great communication skills, as you will be handling and communicating legal agreements and interpreting global contracts within the organization. We expect that you are fluent in English.
