Then this is your unique chance to become part of the Continuous Improvement team (CI) in Terma Aerostructures (AMF) located in Grenaa.
The CI department is the main driver in developing the Lean mindset and Lean Competencies in the AMF organization with the purpose of reaching the next level of organizational maturity in performance and effectiveness.
As a highly skilled and motivated CI Specialist your primary role will be leading and facilitating process improvement projects on the shop floor and in our internal supply chain and supporting areas, – thereby optimizing the entire internal value chain covering both part flow and document flow.
Your main responsibilities will cover:
You will report to the Manager of the Continuous Improvement department, which consists of one specialist (you) and the manager himself, working on both own and team-based projects as required.
We maintain a high level of exposure to a broad range of stakeholders across the organization. Therefore, you are expected to thrive in a highly visible position in a dynamic working environment.
The ideal candidate has a relevant educational background within mechanical manufacturing with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in leading and facilitating process improvements using known Lean methodologies such as DMAIC, VSM, Standard Work, and Daily Performance Management boards, etc.

- Leading and facilitating process improvement projects
- Coaching and supporting Production Managers in performance management
- Analyzing the supply chain processes, using known Lean methodologies to identify processes with optimization potential.
- Training and educating manufacturing operators, Shopfloor Engineers, Coordinators, and managers in new processes Lean tools and Lean Behavior.
- Key stakeholder in deploying relevant/new Lean tools within the AMF organization
- Supporting strategic initiatives across the AMF organization

- You are educated within the Lean Toolbox (e.g., Certified Lean Consultant/Specialist, Six Sigma Greenbelt, Scrum Master, or equivalent).
- You are self-driven and make things happen, independent, and have an outgoing personality with a positive mindset.
- You prefer a fact-based and structured approach to problem-solving.
- You possess good communication skills and thrive in managing your stakeholders at all levels.
- You are proficient in Danish and English.
