What you will do

Do you have experience with Kronos Timekeeping? Is your goal to become a domain expert on all aspects of the Kronos system? Join our team as Kronos Junior System Administrator and learn from our global projects!

You will manage Kronos application, improve business processes, workforce efficiency and enhance day-to-day operations. This includes managing the environment, configuring pay rules, coordinating integration with other systems, and creating new reports.

How you will do it

• Manage Kronos system configuration and provides consultative support
  
  
• Support Operations, Human Resources and Payroll teams with day-to-day issues related to Kronos application, payroll-related inquiries, reports requirements etc
  
  
• Work closely with the support team to ensure incidents have been adequately resolved.
  
  
• Solve issues, determine problem cause and resolution
  
  
• Configure, maintain and implement pay rules, PTO and accrual policies
  
  
• Cooperate with Systems Manager/ IT and End Users on on-going support, enhancements, and upgrades
  
  
• Work with Kronos vendor to bring up issues that require their intervention
  
  
• Update training materials, as new functionality is added
  
  

What we look for

Required

• 3+ years of Kronos Workforce Central, Timekeeping experience
  
  
• Knowledge of Workforce Integration Manager, Pay Rules, Work Rules, and system building blocks
  
  
• Overview of Payroll processes and Compliance
  
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a global environment
  
  
• Outstanding intrapersonal skills, working with various levels of end-users
  
  
• Time flexibility
  
  
• Willingness to learn
  
  

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree
  
  
• Knowledge of SQL queries, custom reports, and web services/ APIs
