You become part of IT Department within Flügger HQ. This is a new position where you will help take the services we procure to the next level. Your experience and business understanding makes you a trusted advisor.
You will join a highly professional IT team, who are constantly working on improving IT services to provide the best service for business. You will oversee our entire vendor community ensuring high quality, the best prizes and control of our engagement with them.
You will work closely with our procurement department who also are experienced in contracting with IT vendors.
You will be located at our head office in Rødovre, with some travel activity to Kolding (Denmark), Bollebygd (Sweden) and Gdansk (Poland). You will act in direct reference to our Head of IT.
As part of a profound transformation of Flügger IT, we are in the process of decommissioning legacy systems ensuring continuous focus on the exciting new projects such as new ERP system, Cloud strategy, a more digital journey, and projects. Our entire landscape is shifting, and we need you to hold the reins on the vendor side in the process.
You will be an important player in the Cloud journey and will help drive the transition on the hybrid solutions like PAAS and SAAS, ensuring the optimal operational stage.
Teamwork comes naturally to you. You communicate equally well with users, technicians and management and you are capable of navigating in close dialogue with the organization.
We expect you ensure vendors deliver on agreed SLA’s and KPI’s.
A large degree of IT business understanding and ability to work systematically and structured is vital. It will be a great advantage if you have some experience in leading or participating in the vendor engagement within IT projects in your baggage so that you have a clear experienced sense of the pitfalls that are on that trail.
You should expect about 10-20 annual travel days.

• Vendor & Contract Management
• Strong stakeholder management
• Insight into IT contracts, reporting and billing
• Good understanding of license agreements and how to control them
• Strong IT vendor process understanding
• Asset management understanding
• Monitoring specifications for SCOM
• IT Technical overall insight
• Understanding of transition from Project to Operations

• Strong in communication and negotiation
• Structured
• Strong sense and love of detail and accuracy – it just has to be right.
• Deadlines and preparation are important to you
• Cooperative and outgoing
