About The RoleThe E-Commerce Manager will be part of the Commercial Excellence team and will be business owner of our direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform.Responsibilities include:

Developing our digital sales strategy and the overall business vision for the e-commerce platform with input from relevant HQ functions and markets

Building the e-commerce roadmap by collecting user requests and feedback and prioritizing development tasks based on business impact and ability to implement with relevant functions and the e-commerce product owner in IT

Driving e-commerce sales in 3Shape and reaching business goals

Generating performance insights on how to improve e-commerce sales in close collaboration with “Data analytics” and ensuring tracking of KPIs

Optimizing business processes and user experience for the e-commerce platform both for internal sales force and end-users

Implementing supporting tools to drive e-commerce performance

Ensuring to follow up with relevant functions on activity implementation (e.g. Marketing Activation, UX, IT, Data analytics) and communicate progress on upcoming activities to markets

Conducting user acceptance testing together with the e-commerce product owner in IT

Driving customer centricity and advocating for the optimal user journey across platforms

Following and understanding trends in the industry and work with the IT product owner to translate to functionality

Working closely with the content team to ensure the right editorial experience

Qualifications & skills

1-3 years of experience as e-Commerce Manager, Business Analyst within a digital environment or similar position

Master’s degree within Marketing Management, Business Administration, Information Systems (preferably with digital curriculum) or similar with top academic performance

Excellent written and spoken English

Structured problem-solving skills and proactivity

Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders from different functions across the organization
