We started building up our office in Prague in 2019, and we are now a team of more than 110 great colleagues. At the moment, we are looking for a new leader who will help us on our growth journey.
It isn’t years of experience we look for, it’s much more important you have open and human approach towards leadership, and you have proven you can lead IT/technical team in multicultural environment. We would welcome your experience in team leader or associate manager role of IT/technical teams.
About the job
You will be leading colleagues from our IT infrastructure teams in Prague and your direct manager will be Eva Hlaváčková, Business Director. Your role will be essential for smooth collaboration within the teams and across departments. You will act as a bridge in between the business side and skilled IT technicians in the various teams. You will be in close touch with your team members taking the team temperature frequently and helping to fulfill the business given goals. You will lead and guide the team, supporting them to achieve great results and advance their professional skills.
Through your leadership style, you will play an essential role in driving our values and the culture in our Prague office. You will be living and role modeling an open and flexible culture, where you represent trust and respect for all individuals within the organization.

It will be your advantage if are familiar with ITIL and agile. We will also appreciate experience with matrix organizational structure and area of IT outsourcing.

What will be your responsibilities?
- Coordination of resources and participation in tasks coordination
- Help with leading identified meetings according to the needs (1:1s, etc.)
- Participate in recruitment
- Help with initiation of training, coaching and development of team members
- Contribute to the evaluation of daily performance
- Continuous evaluation and improvement of company procedures and processes
- Follow-up on company efficiency initiatives in collaboration with the Business Director
- Stakeholder management and collaboration with Danish counterparts
About you
- 2+ years of experience with leadership of IT/technical team
- experience from IT and international environment
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the company
- ability to lead multicultural teams and cooperate remotely
- excellent English, both written and spoken
