This role is based in the Global Data & Analytics (GDA), APMT & Fleet at Maersk and involves team coordination and supporting various activities within team.

We work closely with colleagues across Maersk and APM Terminals to find unique ways to solve some of their most challenging issues in the industry. The team is responsible for developing solutions to optimize our terminals, reduce impacts on the supply chain and reduce our carbon footprint.

The opportunity

This role will report into Lead Portfolio Manager of GDA APMT & Fleet. You’ll be a self starter and problem solver and able to juggle and prioritse competing requirements. Of course you’ll have excellent administrative capabilities and the ability to establish new processes and structures.

Key responsibilities:

  • Diary management and travel planning for L7 Leader.
  • Calendar and meeting management including: All Hands Meetings/Updates for relevant department, Town Hall preparation and execution, ensure meeting materials are prepared, time is organized efficiently, and objectives are meet. Facilitate meeting preparation (meeting room, telephone / video conferencing, banqueting) and follow up on actions.
  • Arranges programs, events or conferences by procuring facilities and caterers, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, attending and making notes.
  • Manage the admin procedures with various internal systems (processing expenses, creation and approval of purchase orders, invoice approval) ensuring administrative stability, making sure deadlines are met, good housekeeping.
  • Provide support to the GDA APMT & Fleet Leadership Team, promoting the cross functional analysis and collaboration.

  • Manage, support and participate in projects as required.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding process for new starters, supporting managers in the recruitment process.
  • Creating and maintaining distribution lists and organization charts.
  • Create and define team processes.
  • Create and maintain Team Sites.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic learner with more than 2-3 years of experience performing similar role in a diverse organization distributed across the globe.
