Build Marketing and Sales Performance with a strong brand in both BtC and BtB
Digital & Marketing plays an important role in driving and supporting global brand and local sales. You will join a dedicated team with passion building brand, driving a business with an ambitious sustainability agenda and taking a lead in digital transformation in the industry.
The role is newly established, and you will lead a team of 7 people located in the Nordic Countries. You will report to SVP Digital, Marketing & IT.
Your primary responsibility is to plan and lead our channel marketing and execute our activation. Think local activation of annual campaigns, tactical activities, solid planning and coordination, a mix of strong structure, execution, and entrepreneurship. Besides your own team, you will work closely with colleagues across functions in Sales, Product and Communication.
You will get to be part of building the strategic plan and creating the activation of brand, tactical campaigns and operational activation into the markets – you will create the plan for e.g. influencer collaboration diversified on the countries, and you will use your people leadership skills to empower your people to execute.
As our new Channel Activation Manager, your main tasks will be:
• Be the accountable leader of plans and execution towards markets
• Co-drive business results through customer centric marketing activities
• Be instrumental in continuously building the Flügger brand
• Bridge sales and marketing
• Ensure that everything gets delivered on time and to the required quality
• Measure and follow up on marketing budgets and ROMI
• Be an equal member in the newly established marketing leadership team
• Plan the annual wheel, and ensure that all processes runs smooth across marketing
• Be the right hand of the SVP for Digital Innovation when it comes to planning and executing the marketing initiatives
We’re missing the planning hub for all of our spokes, and that hub is going to be you. As such you will be the right hand of the SVP and execute directly into the markets.
You will have 5-7 direct references, who all are working extremely commercially oriented, and who are driven by making a difference in their markets.
You will have direct interaction with the country managers and representatives, where you will both formulate requirements towards marketing, but also execute the deliveries made towards the countries.
Success is when we beat the competition for the customer.
