What you will do

At Johnson Controls in Aarhus, Denmark, we are now looking for an IT infrastructure Manager to maintain and develop our IT infrastructure systems for our two Marine departments Marine & Offshore (Denmark) and Global Marine & Offshore Service (GMOS). The ultimate goal of the position is to secure that the Danish Marine & Navy organization will be able to work in a way, that is more efficient than our competitors. And the position is therefore also extremely important for both businesses to be able to perform the daily operation. The role has base in our office in Arhus, Denmark in the Marine team and have reference to the Area General Manager, Marine & Offshore.

How you will do it

• Maintenance of Jira to control projects with – Jira is the heart of Operation in CPT, Automation, Engineering, without Jira a lot of automatized functions would have to be manual. Jira is also rolled out in GMOS Sweden and other GMOS branches will follow
• Maintenance and development of the installation program – Installed Base which is – Global Marine & Navy's own developed software used for tracking and identification of the more than 10.000 ships installed with our HVAC/R and Fire & Security solutions
• Responsible for maintenance and programming Power BI – To ensure it is linked to our ERP system, Jira and Salesforce.
• Superuser for all IT related issues that cannot be supported by our IT HelpDesk
• Establish, develop and maintain close relationships with internal/external customers

What we look for

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Automation/Electrical engineering or equivalent in experience that allow the candidate to understand general IT Infrastructure issues.
• Experience in (or desire to develop personal skills) proactive Management when it comes to optimizing our digitalization processes
• Structured, analytic, flexible and ability to prioritize without losing track or momentum
• Experience working in a global matrix organization
• Strong English and Danish communication skills
