We have an Organisational Change Management (OCM) Consulting team focusing on what we believe are the core dimensions of OCM: Change Analysis, Communications & Engagement, and Training. As we experience an increasing demand for especially training, we are seeking a consultant specialised in this area to join our hybrid team.

Depending on your level of experience in areas like training, learning, and instructional design, you will act as a Training Lead. Alternatively, as a part of a junior/senior set-up where you will be mentored by a more senior colleague. You will collaborate with key businesses and decision-makers in some of the largest life science companies. Together with your counterparts on the client side, you drive change on technology or compliance-driven engagements with a strong focus on training.

Your responsibilities

There will be variations according to your seniority, but the key activities include:

• Align with your counterparts in terms of goals and objectives essential to drive successful change with a strong focus on training.
• Prepare key training deliverables like a Training Needs Assessment and Training Plan. Later, execute preparing eLearning modules or training materials like Quick Reference Guides or FAQs.
• Prepare and execute other key OCM deliverables like a Stakeholder Analysis or a Communication Approach (we will train you if needed).
• Conduct thorough stakeholder engagement with your counterparts throughout the project lifecycle
• Engage in sales activities
• Support offering development
• Support delivery methods and practices.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as a minimum within Communications, HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with a proven track record of successfully managing initiatives within training, learning, or instructional design. For the senior level positions 6+ years.
• Experience with designing and developing learning programs across delivery mediums and content types such as e-learning, video, gamification, virtual learning, live simulation, or live classroom.
• Proven experience designing and developing scalable, engaging, online training.
• Ability to decide and advise on the criteria used to judge learners’ performance and apply assessment instruments.
• Proven ability to clearly articulate complex concepts in simple terms is essential
• Experience with modern eLearning authoring tools – preferably the Articulate 360 Suite
• Well-versed in the theory and practice of designing and developing adult learning with an understanding of eLearning standards including SCORM
• Consulting experience - alternatively from the Life Sciences industry
• Dedicated work ethic with a commitment to client service excellence
• Ability to take part in presales activities
• Fluency in English.

Limited travel (note that we still do most of our client work remote)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prosci certified and practical experience with this OCM methodology
• Experience developing detailed action plans that pinpoint the impact of change on affected parties and identify the plan of action for addressing the anticipated responses to the change.
• Experience with technology transformations – ideally platforms from Veeva or Microsoft
• Strong client presence with the presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to succeed in team-based as well as independent environments
