Main duties and responsibilities:

• Admission
• Exams
• Surveys
• Invoices and payments
• Scheduling
• Database updating
• Responding to student, faculty and staff inquiries
• Meeting minutes
• Various other administrative tasks

About you

• Strong communicator in English and Danish, both written and verbal.
• Independent, proactive, structured and flexible mindset
• Keen to contribute to a friendly and supportive atmosphere for students and staff
• Thrive in an unpredictable, fast-paced working environment where independent decisions often must be made and where collaboration is key
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Clerical qualifications and preferably experience from similar type jobs
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office

Terms of employment
