As we continue to grow, our partners’ demand for outstanding experience increases, which so we are looking for a new Solution Specialist to strengthen our highly skilled Document Output team. In close cooperation with our development team, you must be our external face towards the channel and the market for Document Output. As you can imagine, you will build and develop skills and in-depth knowledge of the solution you are working with and communicate and pass on the value of Document Output to our partners.

About the Job:
As a Document Output Solution Specialist, a big task awaits in communicating the value of streamlining the sending of documents from Business Central. Not just print and email with pdf documents attached. However, also use of electronic data documents together with our unique Continia Delivery Network, which includes NemHandel and the PEPPOL network.

As a Solution Specialist, your tasks will be to:
• Presentations both online and onsite. Both towards partners – but also together with partners towards especially larger end-customer prospects
• Wingman for partners on first implementation task – or advanced tasks
• Live training by partners – both online and onsite
• Assist in recording videos for both educational and commercial use
• Sparring partner with our Development Team in connection with the identification of new features and general improvement of our solutions
• Help with data, documents, and configuration of our Online Demo Portal, which is available to our partners - including the development of the standard demo script
• Participate in conferences and partner events sponsored by Continia

Who are you?
To be successful in this role, you have:

• Experience training others to succeed - both partners and colleagues
• A flair for identifying and understanding technical techniques
• Have a keen interest in technology and be prepared to develop your knowledge to understand technical products and solutions fully
• Ability to collect and convey requests and ideas for new features in future versions of Document Output
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating fluently and effectively in English

Furthermore:
• Danish language skills are an advantage
• Experience with Document Output, Dynamics NAV, Dynamics 365 Business Central, or other Continia solutions is an advantage
• Experience in or understanding basic accounting or bookkeeping processes is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Windows server environments and their technical configuration is an advantage
