WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENTHUSIASTIC, RELIABLE, AND MOTIVATED BUYING INTERN TO JOIN OUR BUSY MERCHANDISING DEPARTMENT IN PARIS

We are looking for a dynamic Buying intern who is passionate about fashion and not afraid of numbers! As part of the Buying team, you will be involved in the product strategy for all directly owned sales channels (Retail, Ecom and E-concession). Your role is to support the Buying team with product analysis, buying, placing reproductions, gathering collection feedback and delivering messages to key stakeholders

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside and support the team whilst gaining an in-depth understanding of the business through hands-on experience.

YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU

  • Collaborate in building the seasonal buying plans
  • Prepare relevant tools prior to buying sessions (modelario, price lists, buying file)
  • Support in the product selection and quantification
  • Prepare Buy sign-off presentation
  • Conduct quantitative weekly, end of season and adhoc product analysis across regions and channels
  • Gather qualitative end of season collection feedback from DTC sales channels
  • Monitor global performance of permanent and carry-over products and place re-productions according to regional needs, lead times and budget
  • Develop collection launch packages for key stakeholders

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

  • Based in Paris or willing to relocate to Paris
  • Be a student (Business or Engineering Degree) and able to provide a “Convention de stage”
  • Fluent in English
  • Good knowledge of Excel
