As CEO at Bryggeriet Vestfyen, you will be responsible for all activities from sales to production in Bryggeriet Vestfyen and the Indslev Bryggeri branch.

Bryggeriet Vestfyen is an innovative company with a strong image within craft beer, and a wide portfolio of both innovative hyped brands and classical, well-established brands. With a direct report to Group CEO, you are expected to bring Bryggeriet Vestfyen to the next level and to further develop the business to ensure a good market position through innovation, product development, and sales and marketing activities.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Strategy and business development
• Sales management
• Management, organisation, and people management
• Operations and financial management

Your qualifications are strong within sales and management, and you have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience managing the overall responsibility for a company, business unit, or similar within the food and beverage industry. Preferably you are very familiar with branded products. Furthermore, you have a commercial background and a clear and proven strong business acumen that enables you to handle complex contract negotiation processes with significant customers within the retail industry.

You might have a master’s degree in Sales, Business Development, or Production Management but most important is a solid understanding of the entire value chain elements in the food & beverage industry.

You are a person with strong people management skills who stands out as an ambitious role model and puts a high level of energy into the leadership role and daily engagement.

Travelling: Approximately 10 days abroad visiting Olvi Group HQ in Finland and participating in supervisory board meetings. Several days of visiting customers in Denmark must be expected.
