We are now looking for a Senior Union Relations Expert (new role) that have a great interest in, passion for as well as understanding of working with, negotiating, read and assess, design and guide on collective agreements and who truly understands the value of relationships building.

About this opportunity

As part of Group People, you will be reporting to Casper Bo Kristensen, Country Head of People Services Denmark. You also will be part of a matrix organisation with the Union Relations Nordic team with one local Head of Union Relations in the four Nordic countries.
Due to the fact that Nordea have acquired Topdanmark Life we expand the Union Relation team in Denmark with this position. This is a role that requires someone with a structural and at the same time cooperative approach. It’s likely to be an individual, who likes working with complex legal problems and extensive stakeholder management at a very senior level, but at the same time have a very practical approach.
