Your role in the team
As a Digital Consultant you are part of our web- and eCommerce projects. You are responsible for clarifying and sparring with clients and customers and giving counseling and consultancy throughout various states of projects. This may be at the beginning of the scope where you will help identify and prioritize elements related to the front end. You are also involved in training our customers and helping them navigate their own sites.

You will be using our own platform and become a superuser in our front end tool, Swift.

Your day-to-day life with us
You communicate with customers, acting as a consultant for what meets the eye in our web solutions, and advising to ensure top-notch deliveries. Your tasks are:

• Being a sparring partner for customers and clients in developing and optimizing digital platforms
• Acting as the expert in UX and UI
• Facilitating workshops with customers
• Configurating web solutions in Swift

The team you are joining
The position is anchored in our Professional Services, handling all deliveries of projects. You will be part of a project team consisting of Digital Consultants, Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Web developers.

How you succeed
Our Digital Consultants hold an external and outgoing role, very much oriented around our customers. Therefore, you are comfortable in talking to the customers and thrives in facilitating workshops outside the office. Moreover, the following will be an advantage if you

• Have experience with UX and UI and configuring websites
• Knows eCommerce in the B2B (Business to Business) context
• Strong communicator and outgoing personality
• Familiar with project management and managing multiple projects
