Director, Global Finance Business Partnering

For KK Wind Solutions A/S (KKWS) we are looking for a Director, Global Finance Business Partnering. This is a new management role at KKWS and your role will be to build up and manage the function at KKWS.

Purpose of position:

With the acquisition the converter business from Vestas, the need for integration and establishment of cross functional analysis are needed. The Director, Global Finance Business Partnering will have his/her primary area of responsibility to service the Global Supply Chain, i.e. Operations and Sourcing. The new Director, Global FBP will work closely together with the FP&A organization and the KKWS Group as such in order to ensure a successful Post Merger Integration.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

The position refers to VP, Finance Business Partner, Global Finance and forms part of the KKWS FP&A & Global Business Partnering team. The position has management responsibilities of a team of finance business partners located globally at the KKWS production sites. Besides ensuring the integration of the newly acquired business, the Director also has the responsibility to take Finance Business Partnering at KKWS to the next level.

Key Tasks:

• Establish and drive cross functional analysis and based on these initiate activities to improve the Global Supply Chain performance supporting the strategic priorities and KPI´s
• Forecasting and budgeting owner including finance lead for the Global Supply Chain organization
• Leadership, incl. remote management of an international organization of finance business partners and recruitment & on-boarding of new FBP´s internationally
• Secure the financial foundation through financial forecast accuracy and stability while engaging as a proactive finance business partner for the Group Operation and Group Sourcing
• Take a key role in strategic projects and business cases across Global Supply Chain from short term forecasting to longer term business impact analysis
• Safeguarding, leading and acting as liaison: Own Global Supply Chain project calculation process and ensure accuracy between commitment and execution
• Management of selective projects, business cases and project calculations
• Responsible for Global Supply Chain performance management setup, driving the improving transparency and validity process plus coordinating with relevant KPI owners (financial and non-financial)
• Participate and lead/financial support in the Global Supply Chain strategy process (development and ongoing follow-up)
• Provide solid concrete analysis and recommendations: Perform financial analysis to highlight and deep dive on critical topics to enable optimization and decision making
• Drive and secure financial optimization in the Global Supply Chain
• Work in close cooperation with peers and the KKWS organization on ensuring a successful PMI of the Vestas converter business
• Member of FP&A, Global Operation management team and Global Sourcing management team

Professional Competences:

We are looking for an experienced professional who preferably have experience from a similar role in a global company with solid experience within Global Supply Chain, incl. Sourcing, E2E. You are experienced in strategic work with SCM, incl. Sourcing and on a daily basis familiar with the routines of SCM and Sourcing, like S&OP, standard costing, cost-out, stock, logistics, procurement, etc., i.e. you are knowledgeable about financial measurements, processes and controls. It would also be very beneficial if you experience with major transformation processes, including M&A. We expect you understand the value chain within Supply Chain and typical KPI´s for a global Supply Chain. You are experienced in the strategy process, incl. quantification, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting and doing analysis, scenarios and recommendation for decision making comes natural to you. You are able to show tangible results on these issues during your career. Last, but not least we are looking for a person, who can show and take leadership of the finance business partners located around the world and thus a person who is experienced leading on the distance.

Other specific requirements:

KKWS works in the renewable industry. It is therefore important that you have a passion for the renewable energy agenda for a sustainable future on the globe. And as KKWS works on the global market it is imperative that you are fluent in English in both speaking and writing. The primary workplace is at KKWS HQ in Ikast, however with a natural flexibility for working from other locations, incl. from home.
