QHSE Specialist

We cover all phases of on- and offshore wind and photovoltaic (PV) solar projects, from greenfield development to construction, operation, divestment of assets, and Power-to-X. Our company of 500+ employees has since 2004 installed more than 2 GW of renewable energy and has a pipeline of 40+ GW. We operate globally and employ 30 different nationalities. Our goal is to be the most creative enabler in the green transition.
Your new team
You will be part of the Group Risk Management & Insurance department which currently consists of five colleagues, located at our office in Søborg, Copenhagen. We work closely on supporting the renewable energy transition - we want to do it responsible and with dedicated commitment to follow the international, national, and local laws as well as industrial best practice. QHSE links together with our strategy of conducting responsible business.
Your new role
As our new QHSE Specialist, you will provide support to our project teams, EPC and Asset Management and be responsible for handling all aspects of QHSE for our projects, ensuring that the QHSE legal requirements are fulfilled.

Your new role
As our new QHSE Specialist, you will provide support to our project teams, EPC and Asset Management and be responsible for handling all aspects of QHSE for our projects, ensuring that the QHSE legal requirements are fulfilled.
Specifically, you will:
- Support on PSS, CDM, and other legal requirements
- Coordinate supplier audits and assessments
- Handle all QHSE aspects on sites, including site audits and incident investigations
- Coach and train internal teams and contractors in QHSE excellence
- Act as an QHSE ambassador for European Energy
- Contribute to achieve measurable CoPQ improvements in Construction
- Establish and drive Quality plans for BOP-Hybrid and EPC
- Support knowledge transfer to new countries/markets
Your profile
- You have minimum five years of work experience as QHSE Specialist with construction and engineering projects
- You have a relevant educational background, e.g. Marine Engineer or Construction Engineer
- You are a good communicator and relationship builder
- You are fully proficient in English, and it is good if you speak Danish or other languages
- It is a prerequisite to be able to administer “Plan for Sikkerhed og Sundhed” (PSS)
