What you will do

At Johnson Controls, we have now an exciting opportunity for you to join our Building technologies- Industrial Refrigeration unit in a new role as Global Project Manager.

You will report to the Global Director of Engineering, who leads an international business unit – specialized in the research, development and design of industrial refrigeration plants, compressors and heat pumps for both industrial, marine, and offshore applications.

You will support the Director business-critical projects in accordance with Johnson Controls portfolio data to upper management. Thus, you will enter a role where you will need to navigate and lead several stakeholders on various levels (E.g. R&D, Sales, Production, Management and Customers), as well as take the lead across different projects and processes.

How you will do it

• Lead the completion of business-critical projects in accordance with scope, budget, and timeline.
  
  
• Consolidate and develop relevant portfolio data across systems and teams.
  
  
• Analyse and deliver reporting to key stakeholders and upper management, detailing e.g. progress on product development and launches.
  
  
• Lead, collaborate, and connect with relevant stakeholders as you build your network and ensure all relevant stakeholders are involved in the processes.
  
  

What we look for

• Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or similar
  
  
• International exposure and relevant project management experience from a technical industry
  
  
• Data driven, structured, and eager to use Power BI
  
  

• The ability to empower, involve, coordinate, and lead people in complex processes across a global matrix organization.
  
  
• Professional proficiency in English (ideally, also Danish).
  
  
• Relevant experience with Stage Gate model or similar.
