About this opportunity
You will join Financial Crime Application Management Sub-unit (FC AM), which is a part of Group Financial Crime Prevention (GFCP). We deliver group-wide automated risk controls to detect and prevent financial crime for the greater good of society.

We are now looking for an experienced Senior Incident Managerwho will secure Financial Crime Prevention solutions and ensure compliance within applications and processes through incidents handling in order to minimise the impact on Nordea and its customers.
As an Incident Manager, you will therefore not only play a valuable role in managing incident handling processes and secure operational stability, but also need to have the ability to contribute significantly to engagement, clear communication and show direction in order to support and meet deliveries.
The role requires close collaboration with many stakeholders across the organisation. E.g. with Risk Management, Release Management, IT Application Provider and Project Managers and Group Financial Crime Prevention.
You will also be accountable for our Business Continuity Plans and drive incident meetings in relation to our business critical applications within Know Your Customer (KYC), Transaction Monitoring (TM) and Sanction Screening (SS).

Experience and background:
FC Application Management is based in Gdansk, Stockholm and Copenhagen. The Senior Incident Manager will be based in one of the Nordic countries or Gdansk.
