Are you our new Polish speaking Staffing Consultant?

Are you interested in leveraging your experience in the staffing or construction industry? You now have a unique opportunity to do so. We are currently seeking for a Polish-speaking Staffing Consultant to join our team in Frederiksberg.

Adecco Denmark offers the opportunity to take on a flexible and exciting role, covering an incredibly important part of our business, in a smaller team.

Therefore, we are looking for an internationally oriented Staffing Consultant to join our international Staffing Team. Your base will be at our headquarters in Frederiksberg.

Sales and HR with an international focus

As Staffing Consultant in the Construction department, you will, among other things, recruit employees within the construction industry. This translates to roles such as Construction Workers, Crane Operators, Foremen, and Machine Operators.

In addition to managing the entire staffing process, which requires staffing from both Denmark and Europe (especially Poland), you will be responsible for drawing up contracts and securing all relevant data in connection with the process. At the same time, you will be responsible for:

• processing of administrative tasks, in relation to foreign labor. Including setting up Danish social security numbers, managing external housing/vehicles, and reviewing collective agreements
• project management of site staffing, including handling conflicts
• drawing up rosters and recording wages
• maintaining and developing customer relations through customer visits
• contributing to the development of new customers through sales activities

You would ideally have experience in, or have knowledge of the construction industry, but this is not a requirement. The main task is to maneuver in a logistical and administrative landscape – also when busy.

Your outgoing personality and logistical skills get the job done

As a person, you are resilient and exceptional in your conflict management. You are outgoing and approach every task with courage.

You have solid experience in administrative work and a strong sense of coordination. You possess the ability to handle the multiple tasks at hand under pressure. Likewise, you cope with the many exciting challenges that exist at the construction site. In addition, you have:

• fluency in Polish and either Danish or English, both written and spoken
• ability to read and understand collective agreements
• the expertise to provide professional advice to both clients and candidates
• IT skills to navigate our HR systems and Excel
• B-drivers license
