Junior System Configuration Management Specialist

We are looking for a Junior System Configuration Management Specialist with a interest in configuration management. For this role you need to have some Tier 1/Tier 2 IT experience, e.g. from help desk, operations etc. and general basic overview in IT field. Does it sound like you? About the position

You will be an integrated part of our team which is responsible for making sure that Backup, Patch, Monitoring, and CMDB service are configured correctly, based on the agreement with the customer, before the Windows Server can go into Operation.
We assist both Quality Assurance, Consulting Services, and Implementation with the configuration and will also assist in a 1:1 migration of infrastructure.

Maintenance of the guidelines and documentation related to the configuration is also an important part of the job, as well as collaboration and coordination with our Production department and our Quality Assurance team are vital to ensure progress in every asset implementation.

About the team

You will be a part of a global team System Configuration Management team in Transition with locations in Denmark, the Czech Republic, and the Philippines. You and your colleagues have a close collaboration both regarding technical sparring and socializing despite the long geographical distances. Within our small team, we chat with each other daily and have touch-base meetings every week.

What should you bring:

• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Ideally, you have worked with the installation of core components on Windows Servers before, but if you didn’t, we will appreciate also your Tier1/Tier2 IT experience (IT help-desk, IT operations…)
• Some kind of junior experience and overview within IT field is a Must and you will learn by us a lot of new technical knowledge
