GSA Management Specialist

Opportunity

Description:
Determine pricing schemes for Global OCFO/GSSA products and services. This includes co-ordination with Operations and Revenue Management, as well as working with staff in marketing on appropriate campaigns and promotions.

Responsibilities:

•Cultivate successful customer relationships that focus on mutual benefits, maximize the partnership potential, and drive to consistently meet or exceed customer expectations

•Support to develop and present detailed product and system presentations

•Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships

•Manage Global pricing procedure, enhance processes to make most of efficiencies and ensure timely response to market conditionn

•Coordination of activities with other commercial departments & Customer (Event Lead)

•Act as the primary point of contact for appointed customer, and be a customer advocate for them within the organization

•Visit customers & GSA’s as needed

•Global PartCharter Communication with GSA’s

•Global Restcapacity selling to GSA’s (in accordance with Capa Control / Load Planning)

Skills/Experience:

•Professional Experience in Airline Operation/Pricing/Sales

•Customer centric mindset

•Proficient English
