Are you a trained librarian or MLISc. Do you have experience in teaching, and are you comfortable working in English? Then you might be the librarian we are looking for.
Niels Brock, Copenhagen Business College is looking for a librarian to help develop and deliver teaching and learning activities in addition to one-to-one student support for the international students on the BSc (Hons) in Business studies, and BA (Hons) in Business Administration, offered in collaboration with De Montfort University (DMU).
About us:
As part of Niels Brock’s digital strategy, students primarily use digital resources for their courses which are administered through the library. Through the DMU library, students have access to a wealth of research databases and academic support. A key focus is to develop students’ digital literacy skills, including evaluating reliable sources and learning academic referencing.
The curriculum must be a combination of hands-on workshops as well as e-learning materials and videos that can be used by the students independently and in the classroom. One-to-one support can take place in the library or online in TEAMS.
About the job:
Your primary focus-area will be providing support for students at Copenhagen Business College. As the library serves students and staff from all departments at Niels Brock, you must however be prepared to provide service to a wide range of users in both Danish and English.
You will also be involved in the day-to-day running of the library, including purchasing, cataloguing, reshelving of books etc.
You will become part of the Student Support Unit, which consists of student counselling, administration and the library.

If you have experience with international students and business subject knowledge, it will be an advantage.
Terms of employment:
The position is full-time, and you will start on March 1st or as soon as possible. Salary and employment will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
