Verisure is seeking a talented Lead Generation Manager to report to the Head of Marketing Acquisition Denmark


It is a great moment to join the Winning Team and onboard our growth journey where the Lead Generation Manager will play an instrumental role in delivering the overarching strategic ambition of the Danish organization. This is a critical and strategic position; the role will be expected to impact quickly and develop as the business grows. The position has responsibility in a large part of the lead generation activities - both push and pull marketing activities.

We expect you to be familiar with and share our passion for marketing based on strong analytics and insights, data-based optimization strategies, business critical tracking and KPIs.

Job


The key priorities will be to lift the acquisition marketing performanceof the Danish organization to new levels of excellence, specified as follows:

Priorities will include:

  • Step-up lead generation through push as well as pull digital channels, including developing new sales and/or lead generation channels

  • Leverage systematic and fast paced “test and trial” approach to optimize conversion in all steps across the customer funnel, end to end

  • Implement and improve optimization strategies across different platforms in close collaboration with the team and external agency partners.

  • Implement a structured and integrated marketing planning approach including all offer messages, campaigns and product launches in the Digital campaigns.

  • Analyze the marketing activities and translating them into learnings and actions.

  • Manage day to day coordination with different stakeholders internally and externally to ensure a smooth operation.


Profile

The candidate should have not only strong performance, but potential to continue growing with the business and the organization.

  • A proven track record in growth creation through marketing activities, with strong focus on online and direct response marketing as well as performance management.

  • 3-5 years of cumulative post-University experience

  • Previous hands-on experience on Digital Marketing

  • Experience in multi-national and multi-cultural environment 

  • Fluency in Danish and English
