In addition to supporting Flügger’s overall talent agenda, this role has three areas:
Support key competencies in Flügger
• Search of key positions in collaboration with business leaders, People Partners incl. interviews and test feedback
• Support People Partners and hiring managers on other recruitments
• Optimize way of work with job portals and recruitment tools
Develop and support the Flügger employee journey
• Develop systems and processes to ensure capability growth internally, incl. transparent career opportunities
• Identify and implement career pools in specific business units
• Build and support digital learning journeys, training material and pre-, on- and offboarding content
• Develop and sustain superuser skills in our learning experience platform (SanaLabs)
Internal and external communication related to culture, brand, and value creation
• Communicate externally and internally on topics such as career opportunities, employee experience, capability proof and much more
• Support our Communication & Culture Manager on CSR-related communication tasks, supporting our green agenda incl. diversity & inclusion, health & well being
People & Culture plays an important role in developing our organization with the right capabilities and strong engagement. You will join a dedicated team with a passion for people, culture and communication. You will report to our People Performance Manager and work closely with both People Partners, hiring managers and HR specialists. You will work mostly out of DK (Rødovre), but also across borders with colleagues in Sweden, Norway and Poland
We expect you to have relevant experience from a similar position supporting a talent agenda. You have extensive search/recruiting experience and a track record of employer branding activities and results. You have probably supported on various communication tasks, employee journey projects, digital launches etc.
It is preferable, but not a requirement, that you have experience from working in a Nordic and/or Global organization and that you are used to collaborating across multiple nationalities and functions. You probably hold a relevant university degree and are fluent in Danish and English, orally as well as in writing.
As a person, you prefer to work in a pragmatic and entrepreneurial manner, where focus is on creating simple tools and processes that work IRL. You are digitally competent but you are used to collaborating with people who aren’t. You have a “producer mindset” and are used to producing content and executing real, tangible content, tools, processes etc. You are comfortable and experienced working with concepts, resulting in a natural flair for “packaging” deliveries in simple and pragmatic conceptual frameworks. Your attention to detail hits somewhere right in the middle, where you catch most errors but don’t get so hung up on specifics that you fail to execute.
